Civil Penalty Accreditation

With an increase in the number of illegal immigrants attempting to board commercial vehicles in order to reach the UK, the Civil Penalty Accreditation Scheme was put in place to help protect road haulage companies.

VIETOR, s.r.o. are proud to be an approved member of the scheme. With many of our removals taking us overseas we often pass through ports such as Calais and Dunkerque which have all seen a dramatic increase in the number of attempts made to get across the boarder in commercial vehicles. We are commited to promoting vehicle safety and helping to reduce the migration of clandestine immigrants into the UK.

The scheme was set up by the UK Border Force to encourage hauliers to operate effective systems that help reduce the risk of illegal immigrants hiding among their vehicles. The migrant crisis in Europe continues to create many challenges for transport operators and the application of accredited procedures help us to minimise those risks for our vehicles and drivers. We have successfully demonstrated to UK Border Force our efficient vehicle checking systems and the measures in place to make sure that the system works such as the training and monitoring we provide our drivers.
